I’ve been seeing Dr Moorman for several years now and always very pleased with her thoroughness during my visits and taking time to genuinely understand my concerns and answer my question.

Not the best reason to leave a review as this is a practice I wish I was not part of, but because I need to be a patient, I find this practice is the right choice for me. Each time I am treated with dignity, kindness and respect. Not always the case in some practices.

This was my second visit to Dr. Moorman’s practice. Even though the wait time is a bit long, you don’t mind much as it doesn’t affect the care you receive. Her staff is friendly and professional and very caring towards some of her elderly patients. I feel very confident in the care I’m receiving as Dr. Moorman partners with you in all her decision making, she doesn’t talk down to you and there’s no embarrassment about whatever the condition that you are experiencing, she makes you feel that together we can have a positive outcome.

Had to wait a little while but that was not a problem. I understand some appointments take longer than others. Dr. Moorman went over my history with her. Discussed my current issue(s). As always, she was very kind and listened intently as I described my current problems. Order further testing. Nobody likes going to the urologist. It's usually for something so embarrassing you're not going to discuss it with your best friend. But Dr. Moorman has a friendly, matter-of-fact manner that makes you feel like your issues are not that big a deal because a lot of people have the same problem. She is highly professional and knows her stuff. She isn't in a rush to put you on medication you might not need. I recommend her practice to anyone who thinks they might need a urologist.

I was referred to Doctor Moorman by Dr Kane about 5 or more years ago. My family doctor, through test he ordered me to take suggested I see a specialist, who deals with the bladder. I didn't know any so I asked Dr. Kane and he referred me to Dr. Moorman. This time I knew who to call because it was the bladder again, I feel very at ease with Dr. Moorman she is easy to talk to.

Dr. Moorman was thorough and I appreciated her decisive plan of action. However, my appointment was scheduled for 9:40 and I wasn’t seen until 10:45. I understand it’s a busy practice but I had to cancel a meeting at my job because it took so long to be seen. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up on how long the appointment would take.

Dr, Cynthia was so kind and explained everything that I wanted to know about my concern , how ever the assistant doesn’t look friendly at all she is not taking her time on taking patients weight and taking the blood pressure, in every place the assistant is watching your weight, she could do much better instead of telling patients can you weigh your self and tell me your weigh ,she went to sit down and then she check my blood pressure and went back to sit and asked me can you tell me the numbers , I was this girl look like she doesn’t want to do her job.

Top notch care by both Dr Moorman and Sandra Rizzo, CRNP. Suffered for almost a year with repeat UTI's and finally have been treated correctly after my first visit with Dr. Moorman. Just had my follow-up with Sandra Rizzo, CRNP and she listens and is concerned about how I am doing, not rushed through my appointment at all. Wait time can be a bit long, but SOOO worth it! Highly recommend Dr. Moorman and her practice. All of her staff are so pleasant to work with.

Was a little hectic today with office staff learning a new system, but everyone was working together to get patients through as quickly as possible.

This was my first visit. They were running about 1/2 hour plus behind schedule and I understand emergencies come up. I met with Dr Moorman's PA. I felt comfortable talking with her and feel pretty confident about my next step.

Everything was great, Doctor Moorman and the entire staff is Awesome. My only suggestion would be to have a way for phone calls to be returned more quickly than within a business day, especially for concerns about medications/symptoms/problems

First time at this practice. Understand that scheduling can be difficult. My appointment was 1:45 I arrived 1:15 to make sure not to burden new patient info forms etc… Very professional experience with everyone, loved the Doc approach, however I wasn’t finished until 3:30, that is a very long time to be sitting. Next appointment is coming soon we shall see how that one pans out.

Dr. Moorman is very good and always explains things. The receptionist was friendly. The young nurse who took me in could have been friendlier.

Visit was fine but the wait was long. About 50 minutes and her assistant finally saw me. Took about an hour and half total.

Dr Moorman advised me of what the procedure would entail and afterwards gave me a referral for a test to determine exact cause of my medical issue.
